COFFE & TEA
Made from coffee beans roasted very lightly or heavily from 165 to 210 °C (329 to 410 °F) and cardamom, and is a traditional beverage in Arabian culture. It is served from a special coffee pot called dallah, and the coffee cups are small with no handle called fenjan.
Iced tea is a form of cold tea. Though usually served in a glass with ice, it can also refer to a tea that has been chilled or cooled. It may or may not be sweetened. Iced tea is also a popular packaged drink.
Flavoured tea beverage made by brewing black tea with a mixture of aromatic Indian spices and herbs.
Beverage that also incorporates chocolate and milk. Mocha coffee bean, cultivated variety.
Brewed drink prepared from roasted coffee beans, which are the seeds of berries from the Coffea plant.
Brewed by forcing a small amount of nearly boiling water under pressure through finely ground coffee beans. Espresso is generally thicker than coffee brewed by other methods, has a higher concentration of suspended and dissolved solids, and has crema on top (a foam with a creamy consistency).
